
Hada Labo tasked us to develop and execute an integrated campaign for Japan’s No.1 skincare brand and its exclusive collaboration with Superdrug that would cut through the crowded skincare market, drive meaningful awareness, and convert that attention into sales.
We created a multi-channel campaign that showcased Hada Labo's unique product benefits while leveraging Superdrug's trusted retail presence.
The campaign combined a full 360 PR programme with elements such as influencer seeding programmes, digital content, in-person & virtual educational events, and strategic media placements to reach and engage target audiences across multiple touchpoints.
